1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing and using the services provided by Morgan Conley Roofing and Repair LLC ("we", "our", "us", or "the Company"), including our website at https://www.morganconleyroofing.org/ and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. SERVICES
Morgan Conley Roofing and Repair LLC provides residential and commercial roofing services, including installation, repair, replacement, maintenance, inspections, and emergency roof repair services in Jacksonville and surrounding areas in Florida.
3. ESTIMATES AND PRICING
All estimates provided are subject to change based on actual conditions discovered during inspection or work. Additional costs may be incurred if unforeseen circumstances arise during the project. We will communicate any significant changes in pricing before proceeding with additional work.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or proposal. We accept various payment methods, and financing options may be available through Service Finance and Home Run Financing. A deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion unless otherwise specified.
5. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation policies will be outlined in your service agreement. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of the project and materials ordered.
6. WARRANTY
Morgan Conley Roofing and Repair LLC provides a 5-year warranty on all roofing installations and repairs. Specific warranty details will be provided in your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate from our workmanship warranty.
7. PERMITS AND INSPECTIONS
We will obtain necessary permits for your project as required by local regulations. You agree to provide access to your property for any required inspections.
8. PROPERTY ACCESS AND PREPARATION
You agree to provide reasonable access to your property for our team to complete the work. Please secure pets, remove valuable or fragile items from work areas, and ensure clear access to the work site.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Morgan Conley Roofing and Repair LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from any use of or inability to use our services.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather conditions, labor disputes, or material shortages.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. SMS MESSAGING TERMS

• We send text messages with roofing service updates, appointment reminders, special offers, and emergency response information for our residential and commercial roofing customers in the Jacksonville area.
• You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP" we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
• If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to [email protected] or 904-203-8588.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS
